SINERA PROTOCOL ATP v1.0.0 TESTNET

A shared execution model for commercialdeliveryprocurementsubscription commitments.

Sinera separates broader commercial meaning from the execution of concrete commitments. Applications and agreements can remain domain-specific while the execution boundary stays comparatively stable. CAEM defines the semantic model; ATP realizes those semantics through authorized commercial lifecycle transitions.

WHY A PROTOCOL

CAEM defines the model. Commercial Atoms define the boundary. ATP executes.

The protocol is designed around separation of responsibility. The goal is not to put every part of commerce inside ATP; it is to make clear which system owns which decision and which state.

CURRENT BASELINE

ATP v1.0.0 Testnet is the frozen reference baseline

The current baseline has internal assurance evidence covering implementation review, testing, invariant analysis, static and symbolic analysis, formal checks, and lifecycle / stateful testing. Public API, SDK, sandbox and deployed-address claims remain gated until the relevant interface is versioned and frozen.

Internal assurance for ATP v1.0.0 Testnet is not the same as an independent external audit or a blanket guarantee of production security.
